Aims
All Member law firms must be highly professional and growth orientated.
The attitude of each Member must be dedicated to providing prompt
and efficient legal service and the clientele should consist in
large measure of progressive businesses.

2. |
The Member law firms will provide the following legal practice areas
which are wide ranging consisting of commercial law, maritime, litigation,
banking, conveyancing, corporate law, alternative dispute resolution
and other areas of law not specifically mentioned herein. There
should be high quality skilled lawyers in each legal practice and
each legal practice will have a Supervising Lawyer.

Each Member should be highly driven to be committed to their best
endeavours to encourage clients to consider the Member law firms.
However, Members who establish relationships with other lawyers
who are not Members will be respected.

4. |
Members may receive referrals from other non-Members irrespective
of location.

5. |
There will be a principal contact for each law firm in this International
Legal Network who will be responsible for ensuring that knowledge
of the international legal network and its activities and benefits
is well-known in his/her firm and that his/her law firm devotes
the necessary time and resources in support of the network development.

Each Member law firm will be expected to service all referred work
in a prompt and efficient manner in accordance with the established
guidelines. Member law firms must be prepared to provide a quotation
of fees for referred work in advance. Members must provide full
cooperation to referring Members if they or their clients wish them
to do so.

7. |
The common language of the Network will be English and all the internal
and external literature, stationery and marketing material relating
to the Network will be produced in English. Translation costs into
other languages to be borne by each Member.
